Sword & Siege 4.04.1 Updates
Today, we’re pleased to share that the complete Sword & Siege series has now been updated to Version 4.04.1. The current series lineup on the Wargame Design Studio store includes Age of Longbow Volume I, Crusades: Book I, and Crusades: Book II, alongside the demo title.

This update is a mix of quality-of-life improvements, editor enhancements, and bug fixes, with several additions that players will notice immediately in play.
One of the most useful is a new hotkey combination, Shift + L, to deploy ladders more quickly during assaults. PBEM players also get a welcome convenience feature with an Open PBEM Folder option added directly to the File Selection Dialog.
If you are interested in designing your own scenarios, you will notice that the Scenario Editor has gained new Objective Hex error checking and an Isolation check, making it easier to catch issues before release.
‼️ Important: Please note that the Crusades: Book I and Demo updates require that you have already done a clean 4.04 install. If not, you will need to download the full installers from your Store Account page instead. Fully updated versions of all four installers are in your account now.
