The Modern Air Power series is a simulation of air warfare in the missile age from the time of the Vietnam War to present day. It consists of a range of games with scenarios based on historical or hypothetical situations.
The Modern Air Power Demo covers a hypothetical engagement between the United States of America and North Korea over the Korean peninsula.
The Demo will give you the opportunity to learn about air operations from Air Superiority to Air Mobility. You command a number of different modern aircraft such as the F-22, F-35, B-2 stealth bomber, CV-22 Osprey and E-3 AWACS. You face modern enemy aircraft such as the Su-30 fighter under the control of an AI opponent.
This free release of the Modern Air Power Demo gives you the chance to learn the interface and get familiar with how to manage advanced air combat.
The Modern Air Power Demo includes 29 Scenarios – covering all sizes and situations, including a solo tutorial scenario plus specialized versions for play vs. the computer AI.
Included is a map covering a hypothetical aerial conflict over both North and South Korea.
The order of battle files cover the various protagonists that could participate in an aerial conflict in the Korean region.
The Modern Air Power Demo is designed for play against the computer AI.
Hypothetical Air operations over the Korean Peninsula in the near future.
